We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to build and run digital marketing and inside sales activities. You are a “full suite digital” marketer who will leverage data to inform strategy, define creative needs, build and launch campaigns, monitor progress, perform post campaign analysis, and gain insights. Your insights will be used to drive our go-to-market strategy and to identify metrics that guide our actions as we grow our audience and brands.
What you will do:
- Manage and track all marketing campaigns, budgets, and analytics.
- Prepare and execute campaigns for email, mobile, digital content, and online media.
- Develop social and digital media strategies and tactics to drive positive results.
- Optimize marketing campaign effectiveness through testing creative, copy, audience targeting, and many more.
- Improve conversion through landing page optimization, product collaboration, and many more.
- Build and maintain reports to track ROI, conversion, cost of acquisition, and other marketing KPIs.
- Identify and develop digital marketing strategies to support existing business and new product launches.
What you will bring:
- Three to five years of social media strategy, digital content marketing and targeted ad strategy required.
- Extensive knowledge in social media analytics of the following platforms such as: Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.
- Must possess excellent organization skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Spreadsheet, Google Analytics, Social Media Apps, Basic HTML, Adobe Photoshop.
- High level understanding of best practices and experience with email marketing, SEM/SEO programmatic ad platforms, and database management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be assertive, persistent, proactive and results oriented.
